Sublithin Soft is a printable HTV designed to block dye migration from sublimated polyester garments, such as sports jerseys.
Standard print and cut material isn’t formulated for use on sublimated jerseys. If you apply a regular printable polyurethane vinyl onto a sublimated garment, you’ll get what’s called “dye migration”. Dye migration is when the sublimation inks bleed through the vinyl, causing your designs to look muddy or splotchy. ColorPrint Sublithin Soft is specially formulated to work with most eco-solvent and solvent-based inks and printers to block this dye migration and keep your graphics looking sharp on any kind of sublimated polyester garment! Great for all polyester motocross, soccer, and hockey jerseys with full sublimation.
Although slightly thicker than its predecessor, Sublithin Soft is less rigid, leading to an
overall softer feel. Sublithin Soft also contains a charcoal-colored backing instead of white. Sublithin Soft is compatible with Solvent, EcoSolvent, and Latex printers. TTD High Tack Mask is recommended for application. Sublithin Soft is CPSIA certified.
Not compatible with Inkjet or toner based printers/copiers.
