HPN's TruePrint line now offers pre-printed sublimation transfers! Not ready to get your own sublimation printer yet? No problem at all, we are able to offer full color printed ready to apply sublimation transfers.
Whether you're applying onto a mug or a light colored polyester fabric, these transfers will help provide strong vivid long lasting results with no feel on the substrate due to the dye-migration sublimation transfer process.
Unlimited design possibilities! With our Sublimation Transfers, image ganging is encouraged! You can add multiple graphics or even multiple copies of the same graphic to utilize the full workspace. We do recommend leaving a small gap between each graphic for easier trimming before your application process.
Sublimation is a process where the ink is transferred over to your substrate through the use of heat and pressure. The ink is activated and turns into a gas thus dyeing the item. The item you're pressing onto is required to either be a light colored polyester or a substrate that has been treated for the sublimation processed.
The transfer will print in mirrored orientation and may look lighter than your original graphic however when applied it will activate the inks to achieve your correct colors.
**Due to the packaging process of being sent in tubing, the transfer may come curled up but will apply flat during the application process.
Application Instructions
- Press Time: varies depending on your substrate (Usually 360°F-400°F)
- Press Temp: varies depending on your substrate (Usually 30-120 seconds)
- Pressure: varies depending on your substrate (Usually Medium)
- Peel: Warm / Cold
- Supported Materials: 100% Polyester / Sublimation Treated Substrates
Artwork Requirements
- Ready To Print - Any artwork that is received should be ready to print, with the desired background, colors, and sizing. Unfortunately we do not offer any editing services however we will reach out if there are concerns with the artwork such as non-transparent backgrounds or low resolution graphics.
- File Formats - Artwork should be imported as a high quality image type such as PDF or PNG. Not only for image quality but also for background transparency. Other file types will work however may have lower image resolutions due to compression.
- Copywritten/Trademark Images - Submissions that contain any watermarked or trademarked graphics such as Brands, Companies, Logos, etc are not allowed without written permission from the owner of the design. Orders are subject to cancellation upon review without prior submission of permission.
